Shuttle was misadvertised, it reads as hotel provides shuttle. But it's a town service where the bus comes every 2 to 3 hours if you're lucky.. Bed was dirty. There was a huge barrel of trash near steps that was out for days. As a Disney good neighbor hotel it was disappointing. I will not be staying here again or recommending it.

The staff were so polite and attentive. As soon as you call or asked for something they were there in 5 to 10 mins. Their breakfast at Denny’s was great and the grab to go breakfast came in handy at the parks. You had a water bottle in it that you could use after to fill in the park. They also had a water cooler and coffee machine that made latte, coffee, expresso and hot chocolate in the lobby that you could have free of charge. The rooms were a bit out dated and the carpet did have a musty smell. But they were clean and comfortable. Really we didn’t spend much time in our room we were always on the go.

Room was clean, nice staff, it was about a 10-14 minute walk to Downtown Disney. A lot of parking. I didn't use the Denny's vouchers but thats a plus of this hotel. Would stay here again
