Great staff, environment is so peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Food is also excellent. Road to the hotel is difficult to drive for 7 minutes. Bed sheets could be more cleaner.

The Regent Hotel
Very poor room maintenance and cleaning services. We get bedsheets changed by ourselves after checking in. Bedsheets and pillows covers and blankets were not cleaned or washed up. No soap in washroom on our first day. Very poor customer service.
