my bath sink faucet was broke so non usable. safe didn't want to lock. shower head was hard to figure out. my door wouldn't lock due the lock plate was missing 2 screws. So we had to WAIT for that cuz I couldn't lock my room? the staff was excellent in helping in a timely fashion. i think with time the little things will work out. but alot of issues and nobody at the desk ask if things were good. the staff that did helped me got good tips so i would come back.

Worth it!

Wonderful new hotel in downtown Anchorage. Stayed in the least expensive room and it was full of thoughtful easy to use conveniences. Hooks everywhere great Wi-Fi beds were awesome with super good pillow choices. Good blackout blinds. Lovely aesthetics, easy to come and go. Worth it.

Nice restaurant, good food and great service. However there were many other issues. The AC was sent to a minimum temp of 68 and could not be lowered, but the room never got below 70! The time on the clock was wrong and could not be changed, the TV completely failed ( see photo) and while it was working the system to log into my own streaming network was not set up yet by the hotel. When I demanded, and I did need to demand, a fan, they got me one that had a broken switch and placed it in the window that would only open 6 inches the temp in the room came down to 65 quickly. Not a bad hotel but the big brother aspects of this management team is a major draw back for me.
