First I would like to say Max the GM is a super cool dude made the stay well worth it I will be coming back just because of his hospitality and staff we chilled and BS even after I checked out they are straight forward this is not a traditional hotel it does have shared bathroom but they provide an affordable clean place for travelers passing through Anchorage everything was clean if your a versed traveler you understand the shared bathroom it’s very common internationally the only complaint it is noisey due to it’s proximity to the road just bring headphones or ear plugs don’t let this deter your stay it is close to downtown so if your into that or just passing through tell Max Dustin said What’s Up and I’ll check y’all out next year

This place is well-managed. They tell you right away that the bathrooms are down the hall. The bathroom that I used was spacious, updated and clean, but apparently they’re not all like that. The rooms are clean but very tired looking. Bottom line is that this place was almost $300 per night cheaper than anywhere else.

I was looking for a no frills place to sleep before traveling early the next day. The place is as advertised. Shared bathrooms but not a big deal. It’s all well kept and clean. Staff is excellent and super friendly. The area of town is a bit sketchy but the property is very secure. The manager turned out to be someone I knew from my USCG days in AK so that was a nice surprise. Would stay there again and recommend it!

The hotel had everything we needed. It was clean and had a usable kitchen and a strong shower. The bathrooms are shared, but only one person is in the bathroom at a time, so it is private.

Even though there were shared bathrooms at the Ingra hotel, the bathrooms were available 90% of the time. The bathrooms were less crowded than I expected. When I checked in to the Ingra hotel, I was given so many instructions such that it was hard for me to remember.

It was not a good experience starting from check in to stay in the hotel room. The person at the reception seemed somewhat annoying, the room and the facility was dirty, it was somewhat smelly and noisy. A very uncomfortable feeling through out my stay there. I just wanted to leave the hotel as soon as the morning started

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingra House. Mark, Max, and the other gentleman whose name I didn’t catch were very helpful and kind. The room and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the refrigerator in the room and the use of a kitchen.

It has communal bathrooms. It is basically a high end hostel. I payed $170 for the room. But that's Alaska. Anywhere else i would expect to pay $50. It was very clean, except the carpet was filty. After i walked bare foot for an hour my feet were black. I washed them and wore shoes the rest of my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
