Tigertown Lakeside Retreat - Waterfront 4 BR, 3BA, home nestled on a secluded 3.2 acre wooded lot. This home is the perfect spot for family vacations, Clemson events/football weekends, fishing tournaments, or a tranquil "getaway". This property is ideally located 14 miles from Clemson University, 8 Miles from Anderson University, 1.8 miles from Greenpond Landing & Events Center (Home of the Bassmasters Pro Fishing Tournament), and 4.7 miles from Portman Marina and The Galley Waterfront Restaurant.
This welcoming property boasts 2 Master Suites with king beds, adjoining bathrooms, and large Smart TV's on the main level of the home. Enjoy the upscale master bathroom that includes a jetted tub, shower with dual shower heads, seperate his and hers vanities, and an additional powder room w/vanity and a walk in closet. The additional 2 bedrooms offer queen beds, Smart TV's, and one room has a full trundle bed and pack n play.
Relax on the expansive screen porch with an Outdoor Smart TV, Fire Table, Dining Table, and incredible sunsets. Or, enjoy the adjoining back porch that offers a Weber Gas Grill, Kid Size picnic table, and fenced yard to allow your fur babies closed access to the outdoors.
The living room offers a cozy wood burning fireplace, comfy seating, and a 60" Samsung Smart TV. Don't miss the Tiger Den Gameroom to enjoy a game of pool, darts, or poker and an additional living area with a large TV w/Roku. There is also a loft area that includes another living space with a sectional full size sofabed, oversized beanbag, Smart TV, books and boardgames. The home also offers a home office with a desk, printer, monitor and twin futon.
The upscale kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to entertain or cook your favorite meal. There is a double oven, Keurig Duo w/ 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker and K-Cup, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, Blender & Toaster. We also have an additional Kitchenette on the lower level of the home that has a second refrigerator, oven, washer & dryer, and utility sink.

*The garage will not be accessible to guests, however there is plenty of parking on the property. Also located on the property is a guest house that may be owner/tenant occupied, however the guests privacy will be maintained and respected. Owner/tenant will cause no interuption to guests vacation ( no use of dock or main house grounds, and seperate driveway will be used for parking).

Bring your boat or jet ski's to the large covered dock that can be accessed on foot by a gentle slope to stairs. Enjoy the large Watermat, 2 Paddleboards, 4 Person Paddleboat, 2 Person Kayak, or some fishing off the dock. Don't forget to check out our walking/hiking trail through the woods to the waterfall located on the property or gather around the firepit for S'mores and great memories! Our dock has 6-7 feet of water when the lake is full, however Lake Hartwell has fluctuating water levels that can affect the water depth and access at the dock.
Tigertown Lakeside Retreat is the perfect spot to gather with family and/or friends to relax, unwind and make many special memories!

We had an amazing stay! The home is absolutely beautiful, and the view and scenery were breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable, and everything about the space made us feel like we were truly on vacation.The host was incredible. She communicated clearly, was very professional, and genuinely kind. Any issue that came up, she addressed it quickly and made sure everything was taken care of without any stress.The home was also very well stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could ask for. We loved the small, thoughtful details like the birdfeeder outside the kitchen window and the games set up in the basement. It really made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming, like a home away from home.Our guests really enjoyed their stay as well, which made the experience even better. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway!

We rented this beautiful house for our daughter’s Clemson graduation. Lower level was a hit with the pool table! Kids and adults had a great time! View was beautiful and house had everything we needed. It was right before Christmas so we enjoyed the tree that was set up in the living room! Very clean and master bedroom and bath were amazing!

Great house! The porch was our favorite place to sit. Kitchen was stocked with supplies and spices. Gorgeous views from the doc. Liked the fit pit area, but we were there for a Clemson game and didn't take advantage of it. College kids loved the pool table downstairs. Overall one of the better houses we have stayed at for a tailgate weekend!

Wonderful! Our family consists of ages 10 to 77, and this home had something for everyone. The kiddos loved the dock and water toys, the young adults enjoyed the reliable internet, and we elders just chilled on the fabulous screened porch overlooking the lake. Plenty of parking, plenty of televisions, two fridges, and room for everyone to spread out. Communicating with the owner was easy and nearly instant, which was really appreciated in getting our questions answered pre-booking. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and fit our large family perfectly. Plenty of beds that were spread out and not on top of each other so everyone could have some privacy. The lower level game/TV room was the perfect spot for the teens to hang out while all the adults loved the screened in porch and view. The owner was wonderful to deal with and I enjoyed taking to her. We would not hesitate to rent this house again…and that’s coming from a family full of Gamecocks!!! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

This home and location was amazing. There were 11 of us and everyone had ample room. The screened in porch was wonderful to sit after coming up from the lake. The owner had everything at the dock from floats, boards, canoe, and paddle boat. The home is nestled in a private area. We did find the waterfall and little ones enjoyed riding down the rocks on rings. The host thought of everything, from tissue and shampoo in baths, to spices in kitchen. The adults worked on the 1000 piece puzzle in the evening and children played with toys in the loft. We had a request and the host responded promptly via email and phone messaging. The check-in process was the easiest of most we have stayed in before. We will definitely stay again.

Paradise!
