Very nice clean property, beautifully decorated (beachy style). Gorgeous sunsets from the deck. Short walk out the back door to the beach.The house has 3 floors. You enter on the bottom floor: bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer and garage. Small fridge in garage, which we kept full of water bottles for the beach. Second floor: living area, dining area, kitchen and a half bath, washer/dryer. Gorgeous views of the beach through two sliding doors leading to the deck. Ample room to gather as a group. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. There also was an assortment of spices as well as salt and pepper. Third floor: master bedroom with a full hallway bathroom(bathroom is not connected to the master bedroom), large bedroom with a connecting full bathroom to the third bedroom. The two large bedrooms have sliding glass doors to a shared deck and beautiful views.There were lots of beach towels, umbrellas, large wheeled cooler, pool noodles, floats and beach chairs (the chairs are low, so if you have someone in your group that can't get out of low chairs, bring a taller one). A wagon to pull all of your things to the beach. Four bicycles and a charcoal grill. You need to supply charcoal for the grillThe owner is very responsive and timely to emails.Just a side note: if you have someone with mobility issues, they may have difficulty with the stairs. My family really enjoyed staying here and we are already planning our trip back to this house in 2027.
