I've never had so many problems, nor have I seen a property management care less about their guests' experience. We didn't receive the welcome email, so we had to call to find out how to get in, and the property management company gave us codes that didn't work. They gave us a code for a lockbox which also didn't work but we found a door code actually worked with the lockbox so we got a physical key that we used to get in, which surprised the property manager. It went down hill from there. There was a leak and water flooded through the floorboards in the kitchen the entire week. We used up all our towels trying to soak up the water to try prevent anyone slipping. The PM company is really cheap with the minimal supplies they give you. Then there were plenty of other problems too, the biggest being the AC can't cool the house below 80 during the day and the pool shower only has hot water plumbed to it, so it's usefule for a few seconds before it is too hot. Plenty of other minor problems too. Property management texted us to make sure we had a "5 star experience" and tell them if not so they could fix it. We told them the issues and they just replied they hoped we'd give them another chance. No attempt to fix anything. We replied we needed more towels to soak up the water and they say they'd "put in a work order". We never received the towels. Terrible property and worse property management.

Great Location for the Price

We drove 20+ hours for our first family vacation on the island. Check-in was very easy. The home itself seemed fairly clean, but with less than an hour of unpacking and getting settled, our 1 year old was covered in black dirt from crawling around. Thankfully they sent cleaners out the next day which helped, but I feel like that defeated the purpose of the large cleaning fee we paid. The walls adjoining the other unit are pretty thin, we could hear them but it wasn’t a huge issue. The location to the beach (walkable, under 3 minutes) was the best. Having a little one, it was great to be able to bounce from the pool to the ocean. It did take a few days for us to get beach chairs and a wagon from the property manager (turned out the opposite side had them all and we found them after they left their stay). All in all, it was a great stay.

Fantastic location but needs tlc

We had a lot of minor issues. The hallway closet door was broke and wouldn’t shut, the freezer door handle fell off when we first used it, the door alarm went off randomly, no kitchen towels . The house was only clean in common areas. Crumbs in the cabinets, a dirty towel left in a drawer. The property management was kind but didn't fix anything or bring us kitchen towels. They did bring us a new coffee pot when that broke the first day but I called and raised fuss. Coffee is where I drew the line. The layout of the house and duplex was nice and the location is fantastic. You can hear everything that’s happening in the other duplex rental through the walls.

Great Getaway-

The house was nice and had all the amenities including a pool. The inside was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the small electronics you could possibly need. The fixtures were stainless and very clean. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was fabulous-1-2 minute walk. Our only slightly unhappy comment is that the pillows in the bedrooms were small and flat. We definitely would stay here again.
