Located at the entrance of the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.

In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (Queen) and plenty of storage space
The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.

Positif: Logement spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé. Parking/Box très appréciable Négatif: Manque voilages aux fenêtres car beaucoup de vis à vis. Gros bémol : Nous n'avons pas eu de wifi de tout notre séjour (2 semaines) bien que signalé dès le début du séjour. Dommage...

La conciergerie du lac a bien géré, l'appartement était superbe en propreté et qualité. La vue est sympa. Par contre au final, pas d’intérêt à passer par abritel sur cette location, mieux vaut passer directement par La conciergerie du lac.
