In the heart of the city center, in an old secure building, a renovated character apartment of 75 square meter.
Apartment with a lot of charm. Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake. It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.
The entrance of the apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Many public parking spaces are located between 150 and 300m. All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. The first is equipped with a bed 160 cm and the second with a bed 140 cm (Double). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher & oven but also a soda water dispenser:-) Nespresso coffee machine. Linen is provided for your stay and washing machine/ dryer are at your disposal. For parents, a cot is provided in the apartment.
The accommodation is on the 4th floor with elevator.
The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas. There are many restaurants, coffee shop and beaches nearby.
To access the apartment: The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment. By car: 40min Genève Aéroport - Annecy

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location. Great and responsive hosts when we had an issue. My only feedback would be a few extra pillows on beds would be wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would love to come back and would pick this location again! Appreciated the washer and dryer (yay for Google lens to read instructions).

Beauty, comfort and convenience
This was a perfect location close to the lake, park, historic district, restaurants, grocery store, and bike routes. Beautiful, comfortable quiet place to call home. Well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, lots of storage, comfortable beds. Everything you need plus a lovely balcony with a view of the canal!

Modern Apartment Steps from Old Annecy
This VRBO is large apartment in a newish building, just steps from the historical old town of Annecy. Another plus from the location standpoint is that there are a fromagerie and a boulangerie in the building just across the street, and a Monoprix with a grocery section in the building next to that. In good weather, it's an easy walk from the train station. The lakefront is also quite close. In short, if you're planning to limit your visit to the central district in Annecy, or use transit for day trips, you have absolutely no need for a car. In fact, based on Google maps, many locations will take less time to reach on foot than they would using a car.The two-bedroom apartment is spacious and in good shape. There is a full kitchen. There isn't much counter room by the sink, but there is a large kitchen island, so that's not really an issue.The property management service was good about communications before and during the stay, including helping us quickly and easily reset power when the main circuit blew. Hint: don't run the stovetop, washer, dryer, and TV all at the same time.One caution is that while there is a lift (elevator) inside the building, you need to walk up about five steps to reach it. If the reason you want a building with a lift is to avoid walking up too many stairs, then this works fine. If you cannot walk up *any* steps, this is not an "accessible" building despite the lift.I would definitely recommend this VRBO for your stay in Annecy.

Great location and decor!
Comfortable bedding, super quiet bedroom, got a great nights sleep. A/C comprised of two portable units, not in the primary bedroom, and the living room A/C vents through a window that needs to be left open to use, which lets on warm air. It was warmer than we expected for this time of year. Loic, our host, was super! He responded quickly to all our messages and was easy and friendly to work with. Plenty of pay parking available, both on the street and just across the street at the Hotel de Ville parking garage. Restaurants, cafes, the old town, the lake, and the canals are all just steps away. Annecy truly is magical.
