We bought our stay with breakfast included, when we arrived they said it is not included! So we had to make other arrangements. Room cleaning was sporadic, we had to call almost every day to get the room cleaned! Facility otherwise was clean and comfortable

Second time at this hotel already and can’t get enough of it just fantastic, felt so good with all that was offered. Beautiful scenery, pool and the beach was amazing they had a lift accessible to the sea area which was soooo handy. Staff are lovely, gym and spa area was also great, food was amazing and perfect location too. Definitely will be returning :))

Akra was recommended to us by some friends and family while we were in England heading to Istanbul/Antalya as our next stop and we booked it last minute and we couldn’t be any happier with that decision as the hotel was superb from top to bottom with an amazing buffet selection plus other dining options Proximity to downtown old Antalya The staff was incredible hands-down amazing hotel one of my top three I’ve ever been to my traveling resume

Whilst the property itself has been updated with a facelift to cover its very tired presence and the facilities are decent, The staff is highly unattentive, unprofessional, if not outright pathetic. From slipping my Gold Member privileges, to literally harassing me in public as I walked off after signing for a few soft drinks to be billed to my room, to the inability to serve cutlery properly; Topped by disgraceful communication to my driver as he looked for a parking spot to drop me off - with a Guest in the Vehicle, To an absolute let down when my daughter forgot some bathers in the balcony, claiming there was nine there after taking 5 hours to attend to my request to have it ready for collection. This place is utterly pathetic and not even by the farthest of stretches deserving of their cost. Anyone who asserts the contrary has never been in a decent Hotel!

It was my first time visiting Antalya, and this hotel truly made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, the property itself is upscale and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Excellent hotel. The staff, food, service were excellent. The only thing, my wife’s dress was not cleaned properly by the laundry service. I certainly would strongly recommend this hotel. Buy the dinner option. The open breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent!
