Swandor is a great place for adults and children. We found it to be very family friendly. We felt very safe here. There was a wide variety of food options catering for all needs. It's quite a way out from anything local but there are so many activities at the hotel you don't really need to go anywhere. We would definitely return here again

Food & desserts were 10/10. Kids activities were a 10/10. Clean and safe Entertainment 10/10 Their doctor's office isn't helpful; you have to pay for any service, as it's not included. The nurse refused to even check my son's ears for a possible infection. She was completely useless and couldn't perform basic tasks. Seeing a nurse is free, but the nurse acts more like a receptionist. If you need basic care, like checking a throat or ears, she has to call the doctor, who charges $100 for the visit.

the hotel is ok.. Nothing horrible but nothing exciting and definitely would NOT return. Entertainment same old, food same old, drinks same old.. just a blahhhhhh experience tbh. We have been to Turkey 5 times and this hotel was the least favourite. Rixos / Aska / Shore gun over this everyday of the week for quality and service.

The resort is huge. And beautiful. The room was in a loud area with lots of noise if the window was open. The resort was overbooked and way too busy. Hard to find seats at the Buffett. Hard to find seats by the stage for nightly entertainment. Staff couldn’t do much. As the resort had overbooked itself. Even the reception said they were at 103% occupancy. Not as relaxing as I expected my vacation to be.

Stort hotell med mycket aktiviteter

Vi hade en toppenvistelse! Fint hotell med mycket underhållning för barnen, ingen stress med att hitta solstolar om man inte måste ha dom precis vid poolkanten. Buffén var enorm men kunde funnits mer variation från dag till dag hellre än att allt fanns varje dag. Lite skolmatsal över restaurangen, skulle önska att det fanns mer dämpning av ljud så det hade blivit lugnare när man åt. Man kunde beställa drinkar och dom görs från grunden vilket var väldigt trevligt.

Jag bodde på hotellet under en vecka i slutet på juli och har överlag haft en trevlig upplevelse, men det finns några saker som drar ner betyget. Hotellet är exklusivt, välstädat och har ett fint läge. Rummet var fräscht och hade en vacker utsikt över omgivningarna. Städningen var punktlig och noggrann varje dag, och faciliteterna höll hög standard med ett bra urval för både barn och vuxna. Maten var också bra. Tyvärr finns det några brister som är svåra att förbise: • Sängarna var väldigt hårda. Det kändes som att sova direkt på en träplanka, och varken jag eller min partner sov särskilt bra under vistelsen. Detta är förstås en smaksak, men det bör nämnas då komforten i sängen är en viktig del av hotellupplevelsen. • Poolområdet såg inbjudande ut, men efter ett dopp märkte vi att våra badkläder fått gråaktiga fläckar som inte gick bort i tvätten. Det kändes väldigt tråkigt, särskilt eftersom det förstörde helt nya badbyxor. Som tur var hade vi extra badkläder och hotellet gjorde rent badkläderna innan vi checkade ut. • Receptionens bemötande lämnade tyvärr mycket att önska. Vid frågor eller problem möttes vi av en ganska likgiltig attityd. Vi fick känslan av att vi snarare störde än fick hjälp, vilket verkligen drar ner helhetsintrycket. Det är synd, för i övrigt var servicen på hotellet bra, särskilt från städpersonalen och de som ansvarade för faciliteterna. Sammanfattningsvis: ett fint och exklusivt

Hotel has big potential to be a perfect hotel but not well managed, positives : very good air conditioning + good room space + very good beach area set up Negatives: very high water temperature of pool + pool area is not clean+ foods are everyday same + guess relation team are not well trained and not really responsive
