Very high class hotel room and the staff wete very kind. They were able to watch my luggage while i hiked the volcano despite not staying there the following night. And the complentary breakfast helped me prepare accordingly for the hike on the volcano. Would stay here again.

The hotel is amazing. Aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and the staff are extra extra extra friendly and helpful. I had to go for a two day hike.
