I had been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, i finally got it but i am completely saddened of the level of service this hotel has. The first bad experience was the room i picked said 2 king beds and i received 2 full beds, when asked what i could do the reception said it was my fault since they do not have rooms with two king beds. The service at the buffets, i cannot eat lactose, i asked for a swiss cheese since i saw it the day before in the buffet they did not want to go get it. I had lunch in the restaurant, they forgot about one persons order, when we had already paid they charged my friend again for the order they forgot. The manager then came out to apologize.

This is the nicest hotel experience I have ever had- anywhere in the world. Good restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere courtesy of the pianist, Carlos. So much art and history to take in, beautiful grounds and lovely rooms. Do not hesitate to book.

We love the hotel and all the amenities. It’s perfect for families and the service staff is top notch. We ended up extending our stay for another day and they were so easy to accommodate us to a different room since our current room was already booked for the next day. It was very closed to the Arco and to different restaurants and stores. We are looking forward to stay here again in the near future.
