Lovely hotel! Room was cozy and comfortable. Staff was really accommodating for a very early checkout. Wasn’t a problem for me, but the room key was pretty bulky (physical key vs a card)

Breakfast is wonderful, staff very friendly. The rooftop is wonderful! They have a travel agent on site which help with our transport to Panajachel..the only thing is that the agent said they would drop us off directly to our hotel and when we arrived to the city, they told us they couldn’t take us to hotel and we had to take a Tutuk. This is the only thing that we thought was unfair, however, we know it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Loved this property! It was centrally located ,walkable to restaurants ,attractions everything! The staff here was amazing! The room was nice,I especially loved the bathroom.It was very modern.The free breakfast was a nice touch and so delicious! I was highly satisfied with my stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of.
