On the 3rd floor of the residence (with elevator), this 85 sq m (915 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment opens onto two terraces, one facing the beach and the bay, and the other facing south. It comprises:
A 42 sq m (452 sq ft) living/dining room (2 sofas, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi) opening onto a 13 sq m (140 sq ft) terrace facing the bay (table and chairs); a separate, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, induction hob and extractor hood, fridge-freezer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., washing machine); a hallway with two closets leading to a bathroom and a toilet; bedroom 1 (closet, three 90cm (31") beds, one of which is on a mezzanine) opening onto a south-facing terrace (awnings, 2 sun loungers); and bedroom 2 (small closet, 160cm (63") bed) with an en-suite shower room, also on a south-facing terrace.

You will also have two private and secure parking spaces. Bicycle storage (space available, not guaranteed).
Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency, [hidden], a sheet and towel set for €42 per week. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rental price at a flat rate of €15 per day.

Countless tourist destinations on site (Arcachon basin, ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla, Landes forest, lakes...). We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
