Welcome in our great house with pool in ARCANGUES (nearby Biarritz) , ideal for a stay with family or friends !
A large sunny living-room opens on a large terrace (partially covered). Open kitchen is fully equiped.
Linen included.
Swimming-pool is 5x10m and is heated & secured by electric shutter.
2000m2 garden with swing.

Quiet and close to all the attractions of the Basque Country: 5 minutes from Arcangues center, Biarritz @ 12 km, Bidart @9km, Rhune mountain @30km, Spain 35km.

The house is 200 m2, on 2000 m2 of fenced garden.
Spacious house, well equipped, new hotel quality bedding. Sheets and towels included.

The house is divided on 2 floors :
First floor :
- Large living room with lounge (large sofa, TV, DVD and DVD player, Bluetooth speakers), dining room (extendable table up to 14 people) and large modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, , microwave , Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster)
- separate WC
- Master suite with bathroom (bath, double sink, toilet, hair dryer) and large bedroom (bed 160x200cm)
- an independent studio, with separate entrance includes WC, shower and a large bedroom (bed 140x200cm)
- next to the kitchen, a cellar with cupboard giving access to the garage (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board)

On the 1st floor, a corridor serves:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm
- 1 bedroom with 1 large double bed (160x200)
- These two bedrooms are connected by a shower room (each has its own private entrance door to the corridor).
- 1 separate WC
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (90x190)
- 1 bedroom with 1 large double bed (160x200)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub (hairdryer)
- Storage closets in all rooms.

Plancha, deckchairs, games for the pool and swing in the garden.
Baby equipment under request (cot, changing table, high chair).
Pleasant heated swimming pool of 5x10m, secured by a shutter with key. On 3 to 4 meters, the depth is 1m, then there is a drop to reach 1.80m deep.

For extra comfort, sheets and towels are included in the rental.

Vacances au pays Basque

Extra, logement spacieux, propre et à proximité de tout. Commerces, grandes villes et plages (15 mn) nous étions 8 personnes et la maison était parfaite pour nous tous. Grandes chambres, grande cuisine, grande terrasse et jardin, parking 3 voitures sans problème. Le plus c’est le jardin clos pour notre chien.

Wunderschönes Haus mit kleineren Einschränkungen

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist es nicht wirklich für kälteres Wetter gemacht. Der Wohnraum ließ sich gut beheizen, die Schlafräume nicht. Hier war es unangenehm kalt. Weitere Mängel: Die Sickergrube stinkt sehr unangenehm im Garten. Im Anbau geht der Fernseher nicht, ebenso war das Deckenlicht defekt. Ansonsten ist das Haus sowie der Garten wunderschön und geräumig. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da. Es gab außreichend Platz für alle. Umgebung sehr schön.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour Noël dans cette maison pour 10 personnes ! Très belle vue et très belle pièce de vie très adaptée pour une famille de 10 personnes et 1 bébé grâce au studio attenant. Une magnifique propriété au calme dans l’arrière pays Biarrio. Tout est fait pour passer de superbes vacances entre amis dans un cadre vert et au milieu des champs de piments ... une maison spacieuse , agréable et fonctionnelle avec des hôtes charmants et arrangeants vous . Idéal pour les grandes familles , ou les vacances entre amis !

Un super séjour

Nous avons passez un super Noël. La vue est magnifique, l'endroit très calme. La maison est très agréable avec de beaux volume et très fonctionnelle. L'emplacement est parfait, près de tout rapidement. Adresse à retenir !!
