Great location, nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Quiet private neighborhood. We seen elk outside. The house was clean upon arrival. My kids thought the walk to the beach was cool, you go through a tunnel under the highway. Host was amazing with communication. Would highly recommend!

We loved this house. The view from the deck is amazing. The resident Pat elk were fun to watch. The value was great. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and very adequate. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Don't go to this house if you're expecting to bring your teenage friends and have a party. This is perfect for us. We did have an issue with the internet being down But they got that resolved and it was no fault of the owner or the house. There is very limited cell service in that area. It's a wonderful beach with a really neat access. They did not list all the amenities. The homeowner was excellent to work with we will probably rent it again. Thank you Martina

The rooms were well kept upstairs and pretty large so it helped with keeping everyone comfortable and well rested. The common area was nice and big enough for the family. Most of the upstairs amenities were great and sufficient. Overall cute little home. We may upgrade to something better next time. The down stairs area needs improvements. There is mold growing in the down stairs kitchen and that was a health concern. The fire alarms had low battery. The host never responded to our messages and expected us to read every labeled rule around the house. We were there vacationing and in and out of the home. There was no time to throughly go through every possible label in the house vs provided guests with a digital sheet of rules and responsibilities. Grateful for the home and the experience the home brought us. With some improvements this home could be perfect !
