For the price the room was fine. If you’re looking for something fancy, this is not the place to stay. The hot water took almost 20 minutes to kick on so it was a short shower. The walls are very thin so you can hear the rooms next to you.

The upgrade on the bathroom was nice but everything else was outdated. The tv never worked but it was not a big deal since I could get local news from my phone. The breakfast was awful. No healthy options and for what they give you they should just make a ham and egg sandwich. It was bad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great

Clean room, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous; an older property but well kept and managed. Very conveniently located. Plenty of hot water (if you know, you know). We traveled to San Juan for SanSe and spent the evening in Arecibo on the way home to San German.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel needs some big upgrades but for the most part is clean, the breakfast is so so, need to get a better system to ordering and cooking the eggs and sides!
Pool in the rear of hotel. The hotel needs better signage in the front and in the back, very confusing layout and parking!

At the arrival the lady in the front desk was very rude at all times . Not smiling at anytime . The room beds were clean but extremely Old and non steady in the floor , the bathroom door was filthy and broken , the ceiling was old, dirty and with a lot of mold . The Walls power switches were all cover up so people don’t use them . There was only one one behind the bed board and another one in the bathroom extreme old style . The Wi-Fi never worked . There was no signal at all . The chairs in the pool were extremely filthy with a lot of cat Urine bad smell and the parking lot had a lot of holes full of rain water . The breakfast was good indeed .

La casita is a good place to stay with friends or family. The rooms were clean. The ceiling needs a little bit of renovation, but overall it was good for our stay during the weekend.
