Hotel was clean, room was clean. Enjoyed staying there. Very friendly staff. Rooms could use some brighter lighting. We were here last week for 2 nights and this overnight stay due to illness and subsequent death in my family. Both rooms need brighter lighting.

Room was extremely clean which as a mom traveling with (2) kids really appreciates. Staff was super friendly and the area itself felt very safe and was right off the highway for easy access. Lots of restaurants and Kroger grocery store. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great service and a high quality breakfast

We were in Memphis for a single night stay and had a great all around experience. What stood out especially was the high quality service from the front desk on arrival and departure, and the high quality breakfast service being provided. Sometimes breakfast service in this category can be executed in a very non-inspiring way, but your team was right on top of things with tasty food, fast replenishment during a busy service load, and friendly engaging service like they really like their jobs and care for the clientele.
