I booked this room with two criteria, one of which was air conditioning. Though the property was advertised with aircondioning this had been turned off and wasn’t made available despite asking for it. I didn’t appreciate being tricked just so the hotel could save some electricity money

5 night stay.

Perfect location for accessing Le Mans track. Lake nearby with a beach and play area for the family. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms and beds are a little small but sufficient and comfortable. Very clean and serviced daily. Restaurant food ok and reasonably priced. Steaks were rather tough, perhaps it’s just the cut of meat. Overall very good and will definitely stay here again.

Great pet-friendly hotel and restaurant.

Fabulous pet-friendly hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, beside a pretty lake, ideal for dog-walking. Will defo stay there again.

No frills, food delicious....

Rooms were quite small and plain, but the beds were really comfy. The staff was friendly and nice. Dinner, which we were feeling uneasy about, turned out to be really delicious. Site was easy to find and pleasant. We didn't know that the "Le Mans" town (very close to Arnage) was the Le Mans of the famed race, but we accidentally drove on the "race track" on the way to the hotel and we all said simultaneously, LE MANS! This was a fun moment! This hotel had all we needed.

We were on a motorbike touring holiday and stayed for 1 night. Area was great as river and lake were on your doorstep. You could swim in the lake as well. Would recommend this to anyone.
