Such a gem in the heart of the city. An amazing 3 bed property which sleeps 5 (one twin pull out bed) equipped with everything you could need for your time in Le Mans. We stayed for a long weekend in early August and found this electric and elegant home to be just what me, my husband and our 2 kids (8&11) needed. There is one full Bathroom (shower only) and a separate toilet. A nice touch that soap and shower gel, toilet roll and more than enough towels were all provided. There is a sofa which seats 2 or 3 in the lounge and a dining table for 4. The larger bedrooms have ceiling fans and the smaller twin bed had a smaller movable fan unit. The kitchen is Tiny but I was able to cook 2 simple meals in it. However there are multiple restaurants in walking distance because the house is located right next to the cathedral and near the main square. The property has parking for one car though it is shared with the other homes around it. Finding paid parking was not an issue though. Excellent Boulangerie a very short distance away - Boulangerie Gaspard & Marcel.Don’t miss the market (le-marche-des-jacobins)The Le Mans Motorsport museum is about a 20mins drive away. Our host was exceptional and was even able to help us when we locked ourselves out of the safe on a Sunday morning. This was quickly and easily resolved. We travel a lot and for a city break we very much enjoyed living like the locals.
