Beautiful hotel

We stayed 2 nights at the end of May. Had a beautiful room, with a comfortable bed. Pool area was very well looked after and everything was pristine. Breakfast was good, location handy for most things. Staff were very helpful ( recommended 2 lovely restaurants) and were super nice and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Cet hôtel possède une très belle piscine cependant la route est en bas et c'est bruyant. Le personnel ne parle que l'italien sauf 1 personne. La chambre est petite mais la salle de bains c'est pire : la porte bute sur le bidet et ne peut s'ouvrir complètement , et quand vous utilisez les toilettes vos genoux touchent la porte de la douche. Incroyable ! Cet hôtel n'est pas insonorisé. Notre chambre devait être la pire de toute et la salle de bains n'est pas fonctionnelle.

Quarto amplo e limpo. Funcionários muito prestativos apesar de não falar inglês. Nos deixaram entrar antes no quarto. O café da manhã é ok. A localização idem. Hotel um pouco velho, porém confortável e extremamente limpo. A senhora da limpeza era um amor e muito simpática.

Normally I never give a rating on a hotel but the service of this one was so terrible that I have to fill in. The service of the women who was behind the desk was so unpleasant that I was on the point of leaving! It all started at the check-in. I booked a 2 persons room for apparantly 1 person in the app... my fault it can happen. The room cost 79€. So she said that I had to pay add 45€ because in the same room 1 person extra was going to stay?! When I told her that on the app there was no difference in price for 1 person or 2 persons her explanation was: it is not my fault, this is my price you have to pay extra! It wasn’t just fair, so I told her okay cancel my reservation and I will again book the room for the 79€ for 2 persons? No this wasn’t possible she said. After calling 1 hour with her boss they came to the same conclusion. Expedia btw said that she was really unreasonable and stubborn. So after spending 1 hour to check in she didn’t gave my passport back before I paid her the difference so I had no choice. This whole experience of checking in ruined my experience of this hotel. To sum up: service 0 (!) breakfast (5) room (2) not clean at all!!! Never come back here!

Uitstekend een aanrader.

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen nabij centrum van Porto cervo en San Pantaleo en vele restaurants , het hotel beschikt over een mooi zwembad .Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, het ontbijt is niet slecht jammer voor de eieren die zijn koud . .De kamers zijn nestjes, prijs kwaliteit. Het is trouwens de tweede maal dat wij er verbleven.

Vacanza da ricordare

Esperienza super positiva! Siamo arrivati la mattina presto, quindi molto prima del check in, e accolti da Anna Maria e Ignazio, super sorridenti e gentilissimi! Ci hanno offerto un caffè e fatto attendere la signora delle pulizie affinché rinfrescasse la stanza ed assegnando una superiore rispetto a quella prenotata. La camera ampia e pulitissima con il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani e, dopo due giorni, anche delle lenzuola. Inoltre a mia figlia, un po'disordinata, la signora piegava i vestiti che lei lasciava sparsi. Inoltre tanti consigli sulle spiagge da visitare e sui ristoranti. Una piscina molto bella che, ovviamente poiché in Sardegna, non riesci a sfruttare... Ed anche la posizione invidiabile poiché ad un passo da Porto Cervo, baia Sardinia, ecc. Bravi bravi bravi a tutto il personale!
