Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "La Celvia" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. The stairway to the pool has in parts an open railing and in some parts no railing at all. Small children must therfore be accompanied by adults.

Paradise

The house is as described in the posting. Nestled amongst the rocks close to the beach and golf. The views fro every room are breath taking. We will return!
