Villa Alba is an independent villa located in Baja Sardinia Arzachena, within a quiet residential complex featuring a swimming pool and tennis court, just steps from the sea. Overlooking the water, the villa offers fantastic views and spectacular sunsets. Spread over two floors, the property includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, and a baby cot.
To move between the two levels, you must exit the villa and cross the private garden to access the lower floor. Downstairs, you'll find a living area with cabinet, mini fridge, kettle, and sink, two bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds), and a bathroom. Air conditioning is available in the double bedrooms and living rooms on both levels.
Outside, the villa features a private garden, sun terrace, two covered patios, and an outdoor shower.
