The location of the property is perfect - it's the most Northern part of the city, close to the beach, main freeway exit, shopping center, banks and buses.
All local guests must pay 17% VAT before the check-in.
I make photocopy of all guests' passport. We will make photocopies of all guests' passports upon check-in. This will also serve as a VAT exemption for foreign guests.
