Located on Biltmore Avenue in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available and cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Pros: clean condo, comfortable, great location in the city, very comfortable beds, good communication from property mgmt company or owner, no issues at all getting in or out. All in all, great stay, and a 4 star location. Cons: somewhat loud by being on a busy street, cheap toilet paper and paper towels (recommend upgrading to Bounty and the likes of Charmin), I’d recommend bringing own paper products.
