The heat would not adjust the temp more than 2 degree. The bacon and potatoes for breakfast were not good on our second morning. The fruit did not fresh.

Breakfast was okay. One waffle maker wasn’t working and the worker said, you’re not doing it right. Offerings were limited for a person with garlic and onion allergy. Front desk receptionist was excellent and professional though. They upgraded my room due to my membership and gave us bottled water. Nice attention to those details.

The hotel is very close to The Biltmore. It is off a main road but not on it. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was courteous and friendly. It has a small pool-perfect for kids.
