As a repeat guest, I was very disappointed with my stay two days ago. The room I was assigned had visibly dirty carpets and smelled strongly of dog urine. I contacted the hotel to express my concerns, as this experience did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. The staff was amazing. Management of the cleanliness of rooms needs attention.

Nathan and the cleaning staff were exceptional. This was our first time in Asheville and this was the perfect location and hotel. It is so clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The hot tub and indoor pool were a huge hit with my teenagers and 6yr old. Thank you to Homewood Suites for making our stay the most amazing experience.

The room was clean , the indoor pool was nice and filled with towels , the area felt safe , they stacked the room with snacks and then refilled them the next night , they were very accommodating and pleasant , check in was fast and it’s in an area that’s right around everything and convenient to the highway .

The room was exceptionally clean and perfectly set up for a family of six. Breakfast was amazing with different options each day. The breakfast crew kept everything well stocked and clean. The pool was a good temp and the hot tub was great! The staff were all so very friendly and cheerful. It was the best hotel experience we've ever had.
