Needed a room for travelling pet dog. As much as I enjoyed the staff and what appeared as a clean room, the room itself was smelly from previous pet use. We have been several places and know even a designated pet use room can smell cleaner and fresher. The pricing was great and so all is fair I guess

The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and happy to do their jobs. The place has been recently renovated but it needs some carpet replacing; otherwise the rooms were kept very clean and filled with toiletries. They’re very generous with pillows and towels as well.
