This place is amazing!! Every detail was thought out very creatively!! I felt like I was I NYC!! The entire team from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Food And Beverage were outstanding!!!! Bravo Hilton for creating an escape from reality!! I will for sure come back!!!! One note: thank you for sourcing locally!! The coffee at the coffee bar in the morning was simple the best!!! My daughters and I had the best time!!!!

I was hoping this would be more like the 21C hotels, but the artsy factor seemed very manufactured. How about local art in the rooms instead of Russian nesting dolls and other boring knickknacks? Also, $16/night for parking is ridiculous at this location. Surprised too that the rooftop bar closed at 10. This being said, it was very clean and the front desk and housekeeping staff were great.

Decided to book a 2 night stay at The Radical on a trip through Asheville. We found the hotel through the the listing on Hotels.com and the photos instantly caught our attention. We spent a Wednesday and Thursday evening there. The hotel is beautiful and the room was first rate. We did have cocktails at the rooftop bar one evening and enjoyed the drinks and the views. We had bo issues on our stay and we were very happy with our hotel choice. Service from the front desk was friendly and excellent. We would stay here again!

Such a beautiful hotel. The roof bar and the main restaurant were both great. So nice to have a beautiful view of the city and a nice meal in the hotel after a long day of driving. The staff were very sweet. Highly recommend.

I didn't like that the gym was closed and that the cafe was not open most of the time. I really liked the design of the room and the room extras and cleanliness. The front desk service was very helpful and friendly. I did feel back for them that they seemed to not have any extra support, when I called to say that my tv was not working the woman at the front desk was the one to come and fix it.

Close to the arts district, but far from downtown(as far as being walkable) Hotel was very clean and was decorated very nice /unique. Rooftop bar area was nice but crowded and not enough seating. coffee/bar at the street level area was closed. We never could find the ice machine as there are no signs or markings?Parking is very limited on the street in front of the hotel, had to parking on the ground level behind the hotel and neither parking atea is very secure.Parking is also $16.87/day.Water pressure in the shower was very, very poor.

Truthfully not worth another stay next time we are in beloved Asheville. First contact with the front desk was a fail, we were here for a wedding and running late for the rehearsal dinner, I called the front desk to inquire about a fast check-in and was casually told there’s nothing they could do. Upon arrival the front desk intendant was so disengaged, just checking boxes. After 20 yrs hospitality, I know the value of a strong welcome, an engaged interaction with guests is fundamentally important especially when in a four start property with an edgy concept/theme - THE RADICAL…. The 2nd contact with front desk was to make sure that our room would be cleaned, response: “if you don’t have the don’t disturb sign out, then they’ll clean it”. Felt like an idiot for asking and disturbing the peace, what was I thinking! First night, I found out our mini bar to be … totally empty, I called front desk and was told this hotel doesn’t supply any snacks and no room service, the bar music was loud and we couldn’t have a quiet room until 20m after the 11pm closing time, the rooms are poorly sound proofed to say the least. 2nd night, at the bar for a night cap! Then the bartender grabs ice cubes with his bare hands from the ice bin to make cocktails…. Repulsive and unsanitary. No thank you. Check out, mentioned the ice incident and the front desk intendant didn’t even look us the eye while he said he’d mentioned it to F&B… Sorry, but The Radical is just The Mediocre.

Very cool vibe / decor; liked the rooftop bar; good service /accommodating. Only negative is the parking fee is unclear. There are paid parking signs, but it’s not clear if all the lower level parking area is subject to the $16/day fee, or only the slots immediately facing the hotel. It’s also nor clear who manages the parking — the hotel? the city? I was told that if I didn’t scan and pay my car might be towed, but it wasn’t clear by whom. This could be an Ashville thing out of the Radical’s control, but it seemed like rough edge. Particularly since on arrival there is no obvious place to even leave your car to check in (until you find out how to get to the lower level, which is a bit of a detour, far from obvious.)
