My wife and I thought this place is very good. It looks fairly new. Nice room and quiet. The only bad thing is that someone was smoking in the hallway. We are not smokers.

Not what I am used to in a Marriott property. 1. Only one hook for towels in the bathroom; 2. No body wash in the shower; only one small bar of soap; nothing else.3. No way to get clean wash clothes; 4. No way to call the front desk to ask questions. In summary, the minimum services for what we paid. No magazines in the room regarding Asheville.

The Christmas music in the entrance was blaring so loud we could hear it through our windows all night long. I called the front desk and was told it could only be adjusted by maintenance in the morning. If they can’t give us a room in the back of the hotel tomorrow, we’re checking out and moving hotels.
