Contemporary, detached house located 100 meters from the sea (Pointe Noire), next to a campsite (bread depot and convenience store), on the Guérande Peninsula and 54 km from Vannes.
800 m² enclosed garden (south/east facing). Enclosed garage.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom with private bathroom (140x190 cm bed) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with a small sea view (1: two 90x190 cm beds, 2 and 3: 140x190 cm beds), bathroom (shower + bathtub), water point on the landing, and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: baby bed/high chair, Wi-Fi access.
Not included: aerothermal underfloor heating (€11/day), bed linen (complete set €80), bathroom linen (complete set €60), and tourist tax.
Pets are welcome on request.
