We experienced a major issue during our stay that the staff was unable to remedy. I have 4 adult travelers in my group. I intentionally booked a room with a bed and futon. I even called before booking to confirm this. Upon check in I discovered that the only room available does not have a futon and that they gave that room to another person. 2 adults in my room were forced to sleep on the hard floor for 3 nights straight during their vacation. That decision also took away the ocean view. Other cons, while the room renovations are nice there is no AC. This matters during summer when the building cooks in the sun and leaving your window open at night means waking up every 15 min to loud vehicles on the street nearby. The springs in the mattress of 217 are also very worn out, leaving our backs sore. Currently I can only recommend this hotel to groups of 2 or less and outside of hot summer months.

The bed is very comfortable. There is no air conditioning but there is a nice breeze from the windows and an overhead fan. Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It has the quaint feel of an older style building with modern charm. Many restaurants and breweries just a short walk away.

Amazing apartment, very clean, spacious and quiet. Great views of the town and the river. Water, snack bars and beer in the fridge and lots of tea and coffee. Room was unbelievably hot with no air conditioning, only one working window in each room, and no screens on the windows in a place filled with pigeons. Immediately turned our keys back in and asked for a refund. Days later, still no refund.
