We arrived late at night and in the room were snacks and small bottle of wine which was a perfect way to end the evening after a long flight! Location is excellent. The shower was ridiculous. It was literally 2 square feet in a corner with a curtain. Restaurant service was very sub par. It was hard to get service and when you did, once the food was delivered, you had to hunt them down for another drink, the bill, etc. Breakfast is average but needs to be replenished more often. Hot food becomes cold. Front desk was great. Ashtrays on outdoor tables need to be cleaned and emptied regularly.

It reminded me of a Motel 6. It was a bed and a bathroom with a broken chair at the desk. You cannot take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet and the toilet is up against the side wall.

We got to the hotel early and the front desk accommodated my husband and I by allowing us to check in early so we can rest. The hotel is near the cruise terminals which was also convenient. Overall, we had a great stay before our cruise.

Staff were friendly but it is very basic, or at least out room was. The street is very busy & noisy throughout the evening & late into the night. Might be quieter at the back but as our room faced the front that’s all I can base this review on. Thankfully we were there only one night.

Was only one night staying. Next day we had a cruise to take it...we had a little bit complication due to the booking we had with company to send a driver to be p/u...unfortunately after 1hr waiti g for the driver to come and p/u us, and a lots of phones given to fhe driver, the problem was solved ..so after 13hrs on the flights and airports, our mood wasn't so good, but the kindness and amability we were welcome, our sadness dissappear... the room is nit bad as a size, but need some update, renovation...because we stayed only one night, for us wasn't a big deal. Anyhow, we were looking for the hotel near Cruise...
