The room was in good condition and the staff was okay, The Pool was cold with no heat and so was my room. I booked directly with the hotel to get the Military Discount but when I got there to find out that they booked me through Expedia.com, with not Military Discount. I booked this hotel for the pool but when we got there it was nothing how the picture looks, there was a film on top of the water that just didnt look right so we didnt get in the pool and the jacuzzi was not working. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was polite. The continental breakfast was terrible, they had cereal, no milk, the waffle batter was thick it wouldnt come out the machine, i think the only good.thing was the coffee if you like it black. Oh and you have to buy your Ice from the ice machine $2.00 you can get change from the front desk...lol. All in all if you just need somewhere to stay for the night its aight!

I had a handicap room with a single bed that was very comfortable. It did not have a walking shower which I would have preferred. The breakfast left something to be desired. But the rooms were very clean in the staff was very good

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The security bolt on the door was broken in half and added no safety. The restroom was nasty and the room smelled. They also copied my credit card and DL. I had to lock my card the rest of our vacation. They made the outside and the web site look so much better than it was. I will NEVER stay at another Baymont again.
