The hotel was a perfect fit for location, cleanliness, and customer service. We were pretty much 30 minutes from every ball field we played at during our stay. The room was immaculately clean and the pool was a nice little bonus! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would not hesitate to book again!

We stayed here for two days visiting a friend on our way to Helen, GA. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. They have a diner on the premises, but the menu is very limited, however if you don't feel like leaving the hotel it is convenient. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and shops basically in the same lot or within a block or two. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area.

The one thing that aggravated me was the $10.00/day parking charge. The hotel is located in the suburbs where motor vehicles are the most common form of transportation. The hotel is not located in center city where people can walk around and/or use mass transportation. Thus, the daily parking charge is not justified or good policy.

Below expectations

I was disappointed in some aspects of the room. The lighting is very poor. Not enough. Also the toilet seat was one I believe you would find in a public restroom or urinal. The seat was a horseshoe shape and very uncomfortable. It is something I have never seen in a hotel of Marriott caliber. Very surprised and below my expectation.

Professional and courteous staff. Very nice room. Breakfast prices slightly high,so we ate elsewhere. I would stay there again

The Elevator has been broken for months. I stayed there around Christmas and it was still broken at Easter. Other than that it is a clean comfortable room for a good price. I will stay there next time I am in town. Side Note: Free coffee might me nice.
