When in Alpharetta we always stay at the Embassy at this particular location. But for some reason this stay was different. It felt like we were staying at a Laquinta or Holiday Inn. The rooms are definitely out dated it’s not longer giving that sophisticated vibe. The cook to order breakfast is partly the reason we keep coming back, it’s always the highlight along with the staff being professional. I had to move rooms due to a guest and their kids that extremely loud. That transition was easy thanks to Alexus and Juan. Customer service means a lot to me and i appreciate them being so helpful to me.

The bar at night was great I liked Tina the bartender she was great, had great conversation with her. The chicken wings were my favorite and the eggs my way at breakfast was great as well. I enjoyed the stay, quiet and peaceful.

Decent property - rooms need some updating. Carpet had spots, sofa/furniture had stains, locks on doors were loose and bolts needed tightening, and just attention to details when cleaning. Breakfast was prob the best part.
