I like the location of this hotel, you can get to it without driving too much through the city. Then you can walk to Mercedes Benz or Centennial Park. The coffee shop lines aren't as long as the Marriott Starbucks. Parking is a little expensive, but so is everywhere in ATL.

The elevators were a NIGHTMARE. I know it was a busy weekend, I know they had staff working the elevators,but I can say 100% most elevators did not stop to pick up people going down. A staff person said yes most temp staff are not stopping to pick up people going down. The ride up was also a nightmare, typically 20-30 minutes to get to my room.Unacceptable. I saw 8 elevators and many NEVER picked people up going up as I had a 20-30 min wait I saw several NEVER open to take people. I asked about getting a lower floor so I could walk up & they wanted $80 more BECAUSE they knew it was a ISSUE. I can 100% say I will never stay there again if I am on the 20th floor during any event. FIX the issue
