Ariel at the front desk was wonderful, friendly, and helpful from the beginning! Shaun called down for a catering order I had and another gentleman at the front desk found some pain reliever medicine that was much needed! The breakfast was great each day and rooms were clean! A critique for Expedia would be to have a group option so when there are multiple rooms they are listed under the one person. When we arrived the rooms, were on separate floors which worked out but if we had not had other chaperones we would have needed rooms on the same floor or close to each other. Each evening my group ate in the mezzanine and there was a woman who kept reminding us to clean up or she would have to charge us which is strange because we cleaned up but the business man who was also down there left his coffee and crumbs from his food but we pushed in our chairs and even asked for a broom and rag. The walls in general are a bit thin as you can hear conversations from staff and other guests pretty easy so it would have also helped to have my students grouped together and not near other business class people. Overall it was a great stay but the people mentioned made it better!

The room was very noisy and could hear everything above and around and had many unpleasant issues such as a foul odor from the drain in the bathroom floor and blurred windows not shown in pictures of the place/rooms. VIP parking being the only option the hotel offered was not stated on the list of extras.

DISPUTE MESSAGE I am disputing a duplicate charge for the same hotel reservation. I paid the reservation in full through Expedia at the time of booking. At check-in, the hotel charged me again, claiming that Expedia had not paid them. As a result, I was charged twice for the same stay. The hotel has refused to issue a refund. I am requesting a full refund of the duplicate charge. I can provide confirmation of the Expedia payment and both charge receipts. Thank you for your assistance.

Room was very small with two double beds and very little space to walk around or pull the one chair out from under the small table. Bathroom was very small and the sink was very close to the toilet. A heavy person would not be able to sit on the toilet. However the room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

DONT BE SCARED BY THE LOBBIES LOOK!!! Tired and old looking. Lobby needs a revamp... However, the staff, the halls, and rooms, are AMAZING. Very nice staff, pleasant, and very helpful. The halls are super clean and neat. Very nice decor. The room I was given was fantastic, large, modern and new. Spotless. And the breakfast was GREAT! Oh and the BEST thing its close to a MARTHA Station. Easy in/out. Highly recommend if your traveling with family/kids.
