It was a roach in there, never saw the housekeeping staff, had to call the front desk on several occasions to get any type of help! A homeless got maced because he was trying to force his way in the facility, only in ATLANTA!!!! Never will I EVER stay at this hotel

Great staff. Especially impressed with Destiny. She was valet. But when she wasn't doing that she greeted guests, asked if she could help with anything, and even kept the lobby nice with Fabreeze.

Excellent!! Ariel is the Rock Star at the 111 Cone St NW, Holiday Inn Express. Ariel is a delightful young lady. She always had a smile on her face to greet you with, she was very polite and friendly and treated you like you were her best friend. Everyone at this location was super nice and friendly at the front desk all the way to the gentleman working the snack/food shop. It was a very nice hotel and in a prime location for our stay and walking to the State Farm Arena for the CBS Sports Classic!
