The room we stayed in had a roach in the refrigerator. They moved us to another room and the phone in there did not work. Only have 1 wash cloth and the rooms were rundown. I do not recommend this hotel.

MORE CLEANING EFFORT

This is a okay hotel. All the finishing are nice. They need to do deeper cleaning once a week. They need new bedding. I was clean but they look 2 uears old. This hotel could be at the Holiday inn level with just a little more effort and bringing back the breakfast. The staff are really nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before yet this by far was my worst experience at this hotel I guess after the management change things have gotten worse, always smelling like marijuana. The room was not clean bed smelling like piss female hair all in the bed yet, i’m a male with a ball head get their hair in it door to the bathroom broken I was stuck in the bathroom for 10 minutes trying to get out just overall a bad experience. I also had to sleep on the couch because of the smell and what felt like dust mites in the bed, which kept me itchy.

This hotel had no amenities and the walls were partially painted, and there was no one to greet us. It was a TV and who knows where we were talking to possibly India I would not recommend this place.

The check in procedure is vis a kiosk. I arrived an hour early to check in time. After starting the process I was told there was a $20 charge. This property also charges $10 for booking thru Hotels.Com. The room was fine but after the excessive fees, I could have stayed at a nicer property was the same price.

Terrible stay. Was unclean and everything looked rundown and in serious need of updating. The check in was very impersonal as well. Afterwards, I called in asking for my receipt as I never received one and the person that I talked to told me that she would have to talk to my manager because she didn’t know if she could give that information out….ridiculous.

This has to be the nastiest and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures must have been from when the place opened because the property is completely run down. Mild in the bathroom, boogers on the walls, broken floor panels, extremely dirty! We were upgraded to a different room which was just absolutely disgusting and charged an extra 100$ for. Room smelled terrible and muggy.

Such a weird stay

They check it was with a virtual person, with a green screen behind them and not in the area. I needed sheets for the pullout couch and there were none in the room. I had to go back downstairs to talk to the screen and was told there was no actual person on site and they could not give me sheets. Then they told me they would move rooms. As I was leaving the room they called and told me to take the sheets off of one of the beds to bring to my next room. I had to pack everything up and bring it back downstairs with all the kids and I was questioned 3 times if the sheets I carried down was just from one bed. It was ridiculous and horrible customer service. The rooms were ok and pretty comfortable, but the hallways, stairway, and elevator definitely need some work.

First room we got had dog poop in the fold out bed. Then the next room had dirty floors and hand prints still on the bathroom mirror. Also only one usb plug in spot worked out of them all so for a family of 5 we didn’t get any of our phones charged. But at least there was no poop in the second room. Over all the hotel felt dirty and Grungy. I would definitely classify this as a 1 star hotel.
