No employee on site. Checked in at a kiosk. Was not an easy process. It was clean but needed updates terribly. Bed was comfy and it was quiet. It was fine for a night.

The place is falling apart. The TV was hanging off the wall exposing the wall anchors. Light fixtures were doing the same. The door handle was almost broken. The check-in is a webcam kiosk… as far as clean goes… it’s not. Don’t bother here. Stay at the property literally 100ft next to it.

No front office staff, just ATM type check in. Trash everywhere outside. Person checking in before me, was given a room despite having no ID. Apparently the Hotel has a government contract that takes in homeless individuals. These are the types of things that should be mentioned on Expedia and other traveling websites.

This was our worst stay anywhere! The person at the desk would not help, I had to do it all at a machine! The property was falling apart, disabled smoke detector in room, 3 lights not working, broken towel bar, black mold. shameful!

Walls and curtains were very dirty. The room and bathroom were clearly smoked in. Streaming services not available on the tv. Check-in was with a virtual assistant while people who worked there hovered nearby. This would be an option for people who just needed a quick place to crash, not a place to stay while on vacation.
