The check in was fast & easy. & the front desk person was friendly. My first room was clean, however, netflix wouldnt work (got a message about checking for internet connection), remote hardly worked, & the fridge door was broken (opened it & it completely came of the fridge). I got switched rooms, once again very clean, netflix still did the same thing but i just let it go, remote worked better. The wall was patched up in some spots, I didn't have any hand soap. But overall, very clean, very comfy bed & a good stay.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. First time our experience was not the best. This time, it was wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming front desk. We enjoyed our stay.

Being right next to the Porsche Experience was very cool. The airport was a bit loud but we slept okay. We had some issues with our rooms. We booked a trackside suite and the first night we got there, it was not available. The first room we went into was dirty so we had to change, the second room didn't have a separate bathroom space. But the second night, we got the room we booked and it was great!

We had a good stay here. But wanted to share that the bathroom in the double beds room type offered zero privacy at all. I was there with my 18 year old daughter and there was no way for us to have any privacy getting in and out of shower. I actually booked the room beside us after we checked in. Thankfully it was available. Staff was nice but nothing they can do about room design. So beware if you are in the same situation as us.

My check was a little difficult at first but they was able to still accommodate me but Expedia really did a poor job when it came to doing they part for my reservation and making sure that the virtual card for the payment was sent to the hotel along with reservation which made the check very upsetting and they still need to make sure that they send over the payment for my stay because they took my money but never paid hotel
