The only things we liked about this hotel was the location and the owner who was very nice. Cons: The staff is very unfriendly and makes you feel uncomfortable. When we checked in, the gentleman made us and other guests wait for at least 20 mins and did not even apologize when he came back. Later that night I came to grab some food, and the gentleman from the reception (bold African American) was nowhere to be found. He came back after 20 mins or so. The owner allowed me to sit with my pet and my kids at the breakfast area, but the ladies on Monday morning told me I wasn’t allowed. The rooms are outdated and the bathtub is dirty. We the cleaning lady mopping the floor with dirty water, and the hallway was smelling. And when we asked for some towels to the same cleaning lady, we felt like she was doing us a favor. The owner is the only one who made us feel welcomed. The staff made sure we won’t come back.

It was okay.

It was great that they keep the rooms smelling clean, without any smoking smells. The bathtub was dirty. It had a soap that looked like it had been there for days. We had an empty box of tissues. We had to dry our face with toilet paper. We also had only one roll to TP for 3 days. They could have provided more. The only thing we liked about the breakfast were the waffles. Just like any other continental breakfast (nasty fake eggs and sausage). Other than that, it was nice. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. The front desk was EXCELLENT! Great customer service.

Checking in was painless. The lady at the desk was professional and courteous. The building and room were clean. We had a pretty good night sleep without all the rowdiness that we have encountered in a few other hotels recently.

Everything was perfect. My only complain would be that my king bed was too soft, I was literally sinking. I woke up multiple times every night. I think it's time to replace the mattress

The whole building being smoke free was awesome. It was beautiful outside with the landscaping and on the inside it was very clean and smelled fresh everyday we were there. The rooms were up to date, comfortable, spacious, and clean.

I have stayed here before and it was fine. But this time it was a disgrace, the bathrooms were dirty, the bathtub was moldy and dirty. Dust on the tables, garbage on the floor. Everything was very bad. The staff was smiling.

Outside was pretty, rooms were outdated. Tub looked 100 yrs old, cracked toilet seat. None of us showered because the tub looked that bad. First room stunk like wet dog. Their "store" was about 90% out of stock. Mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was only cereal, yogurt, and instant oatmeal. We had reservations for 2 nights but left after the first one. I hope to get a refund for this rotten hotel stay (at least for the 2nd night since we weren't even there). Not sure when getting a decent hotel room became such a crap shoot. Used to be a pleasant thing. The girl at the front desk, however, was good. Kudos to her for helping us as much as she was able to. I know La Quinta is just so so, but trusted the Wyndham name. That was a mistake. I hate posting something negative like this, but I feel everybody should know what they're signing up for. Good luck.
