I will give the staff five star. They were amazing room and the other hand it was clean, but smell like a bleach too much bleach also rooms looks worn out. Need to be remodeled.

This was probably the worst lodging I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from start to finish was substandard. Checking in around 6pm, our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the lobby for 30 mins while they tried to clean one. The lobby, and whole building generally stunk of stale smoke. When we got into the room, the smoke smell was even stronger, the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned and the floor throughout was still wet. The toilet didn’t work, the faucet wasn’t attached to the sink, we found someone’s old fake lashes on the bathroom counter. The sheets didn’t look clean, to the extent that we slept fully clothed for the few hours we stayed there. During the night there seemed to be continual shouting and arguments happening in the hallways. Needless to say, as soon as we could, we left back for the airport.

The (non-smoking) room we were assigned (after waiting over 15 minutes for it to be cleaned at 8pm) reeked of cigarette & marijuana smoke. We saw multiple roaches (living and dead). There was also a loud fight with lots of angry yelling. The airport shuttle that was supposed to pick us up never showed up after we called twice and waited over 20 minutes in the snow. The room was spacious, had hot water, and the airport shuttle did deliver us to the airport the following morning, after a long, sleepless night in a dirty, sketchy hotel.

This is where people stay all the time and it is assumed that everybody stay here is dirty. Send somebody from corporate to inspect. Loud profanity, no soap tub dirty, on a cold night and no heat. Dirty, smelly and the pictures are a fake to the public only the local citizens know about this place, the place is filthy and should not carry Red Roof Inn name. I paid for a room through Hotels.com

STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY!! My money is they’re running illegal substances through this dirty hotel. We wanted something close to the airport after a long day of travel, have never been here so didn’t know how bad this area was. After parking you get slapped by the smell of pot in the parking lot, walk in to get the hotel room keys & a guy high as a kite is mumbling and chanting in the lobby. Security was called, so I brushed that incident off and hoped for a better next day. Checked into our room, no fridge or phone so they swapped us rooms to one with a fridge. Left in the morning to explore the city & when we came back there was a cop who entered the parking lot right in front of us - we head up to our room where I noticed none of the towels were restocked, I ran downstairs and saw quite a bit of commotion outside … someone had their stuff stolen at g-point and was popped in the parking lot. I called the booking agency and was able to cancel our last night. Unsafe. Disgusting. Illegal substance everywhere - including (what I can only assume is H, black tar like substance) on their bath towels.

worst hotel ever

my stay was very very horrible the place is over ran with hookers pimps i felt my life was not safe here i checked out after 3 hours id rather stay at airport when we left our car got surrounded by several men and at that point i felt my life was in danger the place is very horrific it is also very ran down unpleasant and gross
