Additional charges

My stay was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like were the surprise charges. It needs to be stated up front any additional charges, such as early check in fees, parking and/or deposits. No one should be surprised at check-in. I do understand all hotels are different; however, everyone is not able to afford additional charges at the last minute; especially if the hotel fee is non refundable.
