The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way here is an employee knocked on the door and asked when we were checking out, even though I had the don’t disturb tag on the door. We were told by front desk because we were members we didn’t have to check out until 12:00

We had a comfortable stay here. The room was clean and quiet. The pool is heated which was really nice. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the ball park which was very useful. Only negatives were the AC in our room stopped working and we had to go to reception twice before it was partially fixed. Parking and breakfast were kinda pricey. But overall we were happy with the hotel

We paid for our room upfront online, then when got there, they charged $50/night for incidentals, $17/night for parking, and a $17/night “destination fee”. We stayed 2 nights, but they charged us $296 for these things. We had to get the receipt and ask for it to be fixed. The bathroom is extremely dark, the water in the shower was freezing, and there was extremely low water pressure. The first night, our air conditioning did not work. The customer service was great except for the lady who overcharged us. She was not friendly or helpful. The hotel and the room were very clean, and we felt safe!

Bedroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was overall clean but tub drained very slowly, so had to stand in calf deep water when showering. Hairdryer was also dirty. $17 for parking is also a bit much when they have such a large lot. Felt like a cash grab. But lobby was nice and people were fine as well.

The AC was not working properly and we did not figure this out until overnight on day 1 after a night of disturbed sleep. I reported th problem to the staff the next morning as we were headed out for the day. No one contacted us about the room until I asked later that afternoon. I was told the problem could not not be fixed and was offered to move to another room. At this point, the move was not realistic as we were headed out to a concert for the night and leaving the next morning. They did offer us a fan and 2 complementary drinks at the bar - of which I was only able to use one b/c the bar closed. Additionally, upon check in, we were told that our package included free breakfast on both days plus $10 per day towards the store or restaurant - my daugher and I both her staff specifically name the store. We purchased items both days from the store. At check out we were charged for the items from store and told the credit didn't apply to the store. We would not have taken items from the store if the credit didn't apply. I would have gone accross the street to Publix where the same items are less than half the price. When I questioned the charges, I was told the manager would contact me.I have not heard from anyone yet. Overall, not a good stay.

Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Was not thrilled about the fee for parking and having to hold $100 off my spending money for incidentals, the over all experience was good . It was also nice not to have to check out till 12noon.

We just returned from a baseball tournament and the added on fees are awful, especially when they advertise for pool and it isn't open the entire weekend. The staff was very unaccommodating. We have reached out to corporate for compensation as well.

The heated pool was heated to hot tub temperatures which wasn't good for kids burning off energy playing in the pool. The hotel was very nice. The room was a bit monochromatic and the ceilings were low in some areas. Overall the hotel was wonderful. The location was great and the complimentary shuttle to the Battery and Truist Park was great!
