Concern Regarding Recent Stay Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. The staff was very friendly, and I truly enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway near my room had a strong sewer odor, and my room itself had a noticeable number of ladybugs. These conditions were unexpected and not in line with what I anticipated. I’m hoping you can look into these concerns and let me know what can be done to address them. Overall was a great experience I love the fact that the kitchen came with pots pans plates and more. I extremely love the extra pillows that was phenomenal! Very spacious which is great when you are traveling with a child. Bathroom lighting could have used an upgrade it still felt really dark in there compared to the rest of the hotel room. Normally it's not an issue, however the faucets would only spit out hot water so I had to make a bath for my child and then let it cool. For me the water was phenomenal I love it when it's hot. The only concern genuine concern, is the Asian ladybug infestation because they bite they hide behind the curtains at the very top. there was some in the hallway as well.
