need better management!!!

when walking in it has a strong weed smell, even though they have a no smoking policy. buds was laying around the staircase because no camera is present. such ashame. great easy access location, but it has go downhill. lobby dinning chair is absolutely disgusting filled with stains. and the pool is out of service for a long time. shouldn’t be listing in the first place. I was here 3 years ago in the summer, it was not working then.
