Rooms were neglected and unclean. Galway’s and stairway smell of dog urine. No elevator. There was no breakfast as advertised. I was told by front desk that they haven’t served breakfast in 2 years. Submitted request ahead of time ask for a room with two queen size beds. We got one with one queen size bed and one full bed first floor smelled like nothing but animals going down the hallway had to request a room change gave us a second floor now there are four floors in this hotel they gave us a second floor and there was a homeless guy walking around inside. He was also outside baking night time doesn’t feel safe there.
