Know that the lowest the air can be set under threat of no air at all was 70 (and it felt closer to 72 when set at that temperature). Which means either the unit is cheap and seizes or, they're being cheap to save money. That restriction should be stated up front in the listing instead of dropped with check in information 11am the day of arrival as we would not have rented the place or, packed differently. Especially since there are no sheets on the beds, only a duvet that doesn't breathe well at all. Fans just pushed around warm air while under unbreathable bedding. The mattresses are also incredibly firm, but in a cheap way not a this is just how it's designed way. The master bedroom barely had more give than the carpeted floor. All 4 of us were uncomfortable and very hot. The host also took nearly a week to respond to a question we had before arrival. There's plenty of space and was decently clean (minus old chips under the chairs and couch) but we'd never stay here again.
