Upon my arrival to check into my room, I encountered a delay caused by issues involving the staff and another customer. I was forced to wait for 45 minutes before I could finally access my accommodation. The room decor was acceptable; however, the paint was peeling off the doors, which fell short of my expectations. Furthermore, as we were preparing to leave for the evening, I discovered that the room door would not lock. This raised significant concerns about security. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel my stay due to the no-refund policy. No apologies No Accommodation No accommodations

This was a very pleasant stay. The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. Everything appeared to be clean and orderly. We were on the 4th floor and were able to look out over the city and see quite a bit of what was around us. Conveniently located close to the interstate and shopping areas (Cobb Galleria and Cumberland Mall). Our reason for this trip will be an annual event and we will book our stay here again for future trips.

Do not recommend

There were problems with the TV, lightbulb out, old, dirty, bathtub dripped. Dirty floors. Ice machine broken. Breakfast out and cleaned up before closing time. Freeway and traffic noise really bad with ambulance siren noise. Thin and ratty towels. Not impressed. Front desk was nice and helpful, and good location, but would. It stay there again.

Just a mid-stay

We stayed here for one night. Everything was just mid. The cleanliness was good, it smelled clean all around. The layout of the 2 bedroom was very spacious. My issues was with the false advertisement on the listing. It stated under the Families amenities that there were Free cribs/infant beds. I placed that I needed one in my comments and once I got to check-in, I asked the young lady at the front desk if I could have one in our rooms.. she looked very confused. I asked for a pack and play? Crib? Infant bed? She said, uhh I’m not sure what that is. The next morning I saw one of the housekeeping staff pushing a rollaway crib and I was surprised! A few minutes later she came back down with it full of dirty towels. I guess I’m kind of glad I didn’t get one for my child. I’m sure it wouldn’t have been a pleasant smell. So if you’re a parent with an infant, just bring your own pack and play.

It’s So So

Room was comfortable but the master bedroom door doesn’t close. Also you can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and other rooms. There is no sound proofing at all. Makes it hard to sleep. AC in room is loud. But overall it was a comfortable stay. Staff was not rude but also not friendly. I didn’t even receive information about the hotel at check in. I had to ask about breakfast and WiFi. Breakfast goes until 10am. At 9:30 I notified the attendant that the juice was empty. She loudly complained to the front desk that they should have let her stop breakfast at 9:30 so she wouldn’t have to refill things.

The staff were very friendly and were very helpful. This is a lovely place to stay with so many great options for food and beverages at your convenience. One staff member i would love to give a special thanks to is Kanisha she was very friendly and polite and made sure my stay was wonderful, and she gave great recommendations about places near by. I would Definetly be back to stay at this great location!

We were needing a place to stay close to my daughter’s cosmetology testing site and the location was perfect. Room was clean, check in was easy but it is very noisy! You hear all of the traffic all night long!

Well when we looked up this property it stayed that the room had 2 bedroom and we were on the understanding that each bedroom came with a separate bathroom which it didn't and that didn't make me or the wife very happy plus the room came with two separate cable providers and I wasn't able to watch the NFL playoffs game! We also had to get our door key replaced two different times in the same day! One of the desk workers couldn't hardly speak English plus he had only been on the job 3 days and he was by himself, not very smart!
