Annual family trip

Every year we do a family trip sisters, brothers, parents and cousins-this was the perfect house for it. We were able to have family dinners, play games in the yard and an easy walk to the beach. What a great experience all around. Loved every minute of it!

Easy access to beach and boardwalk

This property was as the photos show and is a comfortable home. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware, which was very nice. We brought beach towels, but there were plenty of beach towels for guests to use. There were 2 washers and dryers, also very nice. The downstairs dryer wasn’t heating the day we used it, but management responded immediately. This house is on the corner of a pretty busy street, so there is some road noise, especially in the morning. The yard is fenced, though small, if you have kids. All bathrooms were nice. The whole house is updated. Third floor gets a bit warm when hot and sunny. With cloud cover, it was fine. We had an issue with the electric lock the last full day, but management responded and was able to lock and unlock it remotely for us. I’m confident it will be replaced quickly. The owners have it set up for a comfortable experience.

Very Nice AC Surprise - on beach block and next to Atlantic Ave.

This trip was with my entire family (including grand children) and SO (total of 10 of us) to attend a niece's wedding as well as see some family members for a long weekend. First the location was very good - newer homes around, steps to the boardwalk and 'free' (badgeless) beach and, if you want an easy jump-on the Pacific Avenue Jetney transportation system. Parking at the house was great - could easily accommodate 4-5 cars in the driveway. The accommodations were clean and appeared to be fairly new. The house was not just outfitted for cooking, sleeping and bathing, but the owners had excellent foresight to include toys for younger children to play, as well as beach material (15 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and beach play toys) with a wagon to help carrying these things to the beach. Most of rooms had working TV with living room including a subscription to YouTubeTV. Kitchen had every needed item to cook, clean and eat as well as initial supplies of coffee and tea. Beds were very comfortable. Showers / baths were well equipped (body soup, shampoo provided). HVAC worked very well but sometimes balancing between the floors was a challenged (2 thermostats for 3 levels). Outside of the house was well maintained and had a grill and chairs to sit out. One item is the house is right on Atlanta Avenue which can be busy and sometimes noisy traffic. The Hosts did an outstanding job communicating and included a book of property operation. Will rent again for sure.
